Refund policy

I understand that buying a rug is a big commitment, and I want you to feel completely at ease with your choice. Knowing you can return the rug if needed might make the decision easier.

If your rug isn’t the right fit, you have 3 days from delivery to let me know and start a return.

 

Return Options

Store Credit

You’ll receive the full value of your rug to use toward another purchase, with only the original shipping cost deducted.

Refund to Your Original Payment Method

The original shipping cost and a small 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the transaction and handling costs involved in reversing a sale.

 

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it.

Only orders placed within the Philippines are eligible for a return.

 

Initiating a Return

You can initiate a return by notifying me by email, chat, or Instagram DM within three (3) days from when you first received the item.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Insurance coverage on your returned package is highly recommended. Patina House of Rugs is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • The item must be shipped back to me within seven (7) days of initiating the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be reminded that flaws are to be expected in our kind of rugs. If a particular rug exhibits any extraordinary flaws prior to being purchased, this information will be outlined on the product listing as well.
